E-discovery support
Processing, early case assessment, review support and productions across the EDRM — inside your platform or on ours.
E-discoveryLitigation support
Rapid Resolution Group supports law firms and in-house legal teams across the discovery lifecycle — from ESI processing and review through production — and specializes in the productions other tools handle worst: paper, scans, and mixed-condition records.
Some matters arrive as native data: mailboxes, file shares, chat exports, database dumps. Those move through the standard EDRM stages, and the work is doing each stage defensibly and on budget.
Others arrive as forty boxes of paper, a decade of faxes, or a hospital's records scanned at 150 dpi. Review platforms index that material badly, language models summarize it fluently whether or not they read it correctly, and a missed page is invisible until opposing counsel finds it.
We are built for both, and the standard is the same either way: the work product comes with the evidence that the work product is right.

A short call establishes the matter, the data sources, the deadlines and the protective-order constraints. For document-heavy work, a representative sample shows what the material actually looks like.
Processing is validated on the sample before the full set runs: extraction accuracy scored against known-good text, deduplication and threading checked, search terms tested against known responsive documents.
The full set is processed, reviewed and coded to the protocol. Findings are re-derived independently, and anything the passes disagree on is escalated to a human reviewer rather than averaged away.
Productions, work product and reports ship with the processing log, the accuracy report, the exception list and the intermediate data, so the record of how the work was done travels with the work.
Who we serve
Litigation boutiques and mid-sized firms without a full-time e-discovery department. In-house teams managing outside counsel spend. Tax controversy and forensic practices whose matters turn on reconstructing what the documents actually show.
Engagements are sized to the matter, from a single production to the full lifecycle of a document-heavy case.
Fixed-price where the scope allows. After scoping and a sample, you get price, scope and delivery date in writing. Hourly and per-document pricing are available for review and production work where volume is uncertain.
Your data stays yours. You receive the productions, the work product and the intermediate data in standard formats. Nothing is held inside a proprietary system you would need us to open.
No. Rapid Resolution Group is a litigation support firm. We work at the direction of retained counsel, who remains responsible for legal judgment, strategy and advocacy. We supply the processing, the review support, the analysis, and the evidence that the analysis is accurate.
Wherever the gap is. Some clients bring us the whole EDRM lifecycle for a matter, from collection through production. Others already have a hosting platform and a review team and need one stage handled: processing a difficult data set, running a technology-assisted review, building a privilege log, or making sense of a paper production the platform indexed poorly. We work inside your platform when you have one and bring our own when you do not.
Every assertion in a deliverable points back to a Bates number or a page and a location on that page. Text extraction is scored against a known-good control set before a corpus is processed, so the error rate is a measured number rather than an assumption. Findings are re-derived independently and disagreements are flagged for a human reviewer instead of being silently resolved.
Yes, and it is a specialty. Skewed scans, stamps, handwriting in the margins, carbon copies and multi-generation photocopies are handled explicitly, and pages that cannot be read reliably are reported as unreadable rather than guessed at.
Remotely, nationwide, by a team sized to the matter. Physical media can be shipped under chain-of-custody terms agreed on the first call, and work can run entirely on isolated infrastructure when a protective order requires it.
Tell us about the matter and the data. For anything document-heavy, a representative sample under an appropriate agreement lets us return a processed slice, an accuracy report on it, and a fixed price for the full job before anything is committed.
